Our mission is to help establish a “team environment” whereby agencies are focused on achieving clearly established goals and objectives.  Our process includes developing an understanding of the organization’s culture, interpersonal dynamics and internal communication structure.

We provide flexible services to accommodate the particular needs of our clients. We are also very realistic about matters involved in raising important sums of money. We assist in developing fund-raising plans based on an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of an individual client, even if this means setting aside some of the standard solicitation formulas, organization charts and time tables by which many fund-raising programs have been guided.

We offer a detached and objective analysis of our client’s fund-raising plans and implementation. We probe with the intent and capacity to draw out new thinking and challenge the orthodox. We anticipate new problems and opportunities and work out timely and practical responses.

The principals of the firm each have over 35 years of senior management-level experience, at both the national and international level, in health care, higher education, social services and cultural organizations. They have become identified with the acquisition of “big gifts,” the capacity to handle unusual client situations, and clients who wish to “stretch” the philanthropic marketplace. They specialize in all aspects of administration, fundraising and marketing, and have served on numerous Boards of Directors.

The principals and their specialized staff members will:

  • Audit pertinent internal data and resources
  • Assess the external environment of the organization
  • Provide a written report of our findings
  • Develop a targeted plan, including tools for effective implementation for example a case statement.
  • Design documents to evaluate goals and measure effectiveness of the implementation process
  • Create an enlistment/solicitation strategy
  • Implement the plan
